When you have a point of view and an audience that gathers to hear one. Category design treats a point of view and starting new conversations as components of creating a market. S16 It is one of Chen’s little channels: too small for large competitors to saturate. S25
What it needs from the product
Nothing structural. Time, and something to say.
How it decays
Slowly. A talk is not a loop, so it does not compound unless it lands on an owned channel. S22
What the report checks
No gate can fail. Open by default, ranked low.
